The individual entrepreneur (hereinafter “Cuppie Ceramics”) undertakes to protect the personal data of all individuals who visit this website https://www.cuppie-ceramics.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”), and therefore strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions of use of the Site for every user. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) sets out the procedure by which Cuppie Ceramics processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which such personal data is used, Cuppie Ceramics’ interaction with third parties, the security measures for protecting personal data, the conditions of access to personal data, as well as the contact information for a user to access, modify, block, or delete their personal data and to raise any questions the user may have regarding data protection practices.

 

Collection and Use of Personal Data

 

When a user uses the Site, Cuppie Ceramics processes the user’s data, namely:

• cookies (for analytics purposes);

• IP addresses (for analytics purposes);

• Last name, First name, Patronymic (for the purpose of concluding and performing a transaction);

• Contact information (phone, email) (for the purpose of concluding and performing a transaction);

• Delivery address (for the purpose of concluding and performing a transaction).

When visiting the Site, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information regarding the user’s traffic is not processed or stored. In any case where information that is not mandatory is requested, the user will be notified at the time such information is collected. Cuppie Ceramics does not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, data concerning health, or data concerning an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation. Cuppie Ceramics collects statistical data on Site visits. This information may include data about the connection, traffic, and the user’s browser, as well as the date, time, and duration of internet activity and time spent on the Site.

 

Processing of Personal Data

 

The processing and storage of the personal data provided takes place in data centers that house the equipment ensuring the operation of the Site’s services. The personal data provided is processed and may be stored in the personal data database or a separate table of the Site’s database.

 

Purposes of Using Personal Data

 

The user’s personal data is used for the purposes of providing the Site’s internet services, exchanging information/news, concluding and performing transactions using information and communication systems to which the personal data subject is a party, providing customer support, informing about order status, and matters relating to advertising and communication, including sending commercial electronic messages (subject to the consent of the personal data subject).

• the personal data subject’s unambiguous consent to such transfer;

Personal Data Retention Period

 

Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing. Once the personal data subject ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting their account on the Site, their personal data is also automatically deleted. • chatbots (ManyChat, Chatfuel, etc.).

Cuppie Ceramics uses the aforementioned services for the prompt analysis of Site visits, internal and external assessment of Site traffic, page-view depth, and user activity. Cuppie Ceramics does not store or process the data received from these services. Accordingly, if for any reason the user does not want these services to gain access to their personal data, the user may, at their own discretion, log out of their account or profile and clear cookies (via their browser).

The Site is not intended for underage users. Cuppie Ceramics takes safety issues very seriously, especially with regard to persons who have not reached the age of majority, and therefore calls on parents to explain to their children the issues of internet safety, as well as the specific purpose of and need for using the Site.

Cuppie Ceramics ensures the application of all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures, to prevent the unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, and their accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Cuppie Ceramics grants access to information and personal data only to authorized employees who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with Cuppie Ceramics’ requirements. The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or a person authorized by them is permitted in cases defined by law, and only (where necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.

 

Conditions of Access to Personal Data

 

The procedure for third-party access to personal data is determined by the terms of the user’s consent granted to the owner of the personal data for the processing of this data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law. The user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any party to relations involving personal data, provided that they state their last name, first name, and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and the details of the document identifying the individual submitting the request, except in cases established by law. The user’s access to data about themselves is free of charge.

 

Rights of the Personal Data Subject

 

Cuppie Ceramics informs the user of their rights as a personal data subject, which are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:

• to know about the sources of collection and the location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, and the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of the personal data, or to issue a corresponding instruction to authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law;

• to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information about the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;

• to access their personal data;

• to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response as to whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

• to submit a reasoned demand to the owner of the personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;

• to submit a reasoned demand for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if this data is being processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

• to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage in connection with intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as to protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or that discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the individual;

• to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;

• to apply legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection legislation;

• to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

• to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

• to know the mechanism of the automatic processing of personal data;

• to be protected from an automated decision that has legal consequences for them;

• to have their personal data corrected or deleted.
