These terms govern the use of the cuppie-ceramics website. We may update them at any time, and the current version is always available on the site.

2. Account

You can create an account to make ordering easier. Please provide accurate information and keep your login and password secure.

3. Orders

​

All items are handmade, so slight variations in shape, color, or texture from the images on the site are possible. An order is considered confirmed once we have processed it. In the event of errors or if an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the buyer.

4. Payment & Shipping

​

Payment is made online through the available methods. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

​

Returns are possible within 14 days in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, provided the item is kept in its original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Personal Data

​

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.” Data is used solely to process orders and is not shared with third parties unless necessary.

7. Liability

​

cuppie-ceramics is not responsible for damage to items caused by improper use or external factors. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
